CyberCoders is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager in Gary, IN to lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and minimize downtime. You will oversee technicians, develop PM/PdM programs, and manage budgets and vendors for optimal plant performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Maintenance Management experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams.
• Experience with PM/PdM programs and asset reliability.
• Strong RCA skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage budgets and vendors.
