Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Trinity Terminal in Trinity, Alabama. The role oversees a fleet of 80+ pieces of rolling stock and a 16-person maintenance team, ensuring safety, quality control, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include directing repairs, troubleshooting electrical systems, and maintaining records while coordinating with terminal management to optimize operations and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or training in maintenance management and supervision.
• Computer skills include MS Office and payroll/order processing systems.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage budgets and safety programs.
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Kinder Morgan procedures, safety rules, and laws.
• Manage maintenance and operations of a large equipment fleet.
• Direct repairs and maintenance of heavy mobile equipment and electrical systems.
• Train and develop subordinates; schedule work to meet budgets.
• Maintain records, coordinate across departments, and ensure safety.
• Oversee spares inventory and cost controls; supervise 2–4 leads.
• Be available for overtime and on-call as required.
