Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to support the Terminal Manager and Operations Manager.

The role ensures schedules, records, and workflows are maintained safely and efficiently, with daily briefings to review plans, prioritize work, and coordinate logistics. Responsibilities include maintaining tools and parts, coordinating training, safety programs, contractor work, paperwork, budgeting, and process improvements within the O&M budget.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain MTSA security clearance.
• Must obtain TWIC and be familiar with PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley).
• Advanced electronics training and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Ensure maintenance team has required tools, parts, and resources to perform work safely and effectively.
• Support Operations Manager when implementing systems, schedules, and procedures; communicate initiatives to the maintenance team.
• Provide comprehensive training and recognize individual and team accomplishments.
• Ensure all personnel receive compliance training.
• Develop and implement safety meetings and participate in facility safety drills.
• Oversee all contractor work on site to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Maintain paperwork and records following written procedures.
• Schedule activities to minimize disruptions and redundant work.
• Inspect completed jobs for quality assurance and respond to unplanned events.
• Plan and budget maintenance activities within the O&M monthly budget.
• Continuously seek to improve operations and reduce turnaround times.
• Diagnose operational problems and recommend corrective action.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Terminal Manager.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, priorities, and action plans.

What We Are Looking For

The Maintenance Manager is the support arm to the Terminal Manager and Operation Manager. The Maintenance Manager ensures schedules are followed, records are maintained and workflow proceeds smoothly and efficiently in the facility. On a daily basis will meet with the Operations Supervisor and Operation Manager to review daily plans, prioritize work and discuss the logistics involved to perform the desired work. It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Manager to ensure all work is performed safely, all required parts and resources are available and all paperwork is properly executed.

What You Will Do

Ensure the maintenance team has required tools, parts, and resources to perform their job effectively and safely

• Support the Operations Manager when implementing systems, schedules and procedures, and communicate these initiatives to the maintenance team
• Provide comprehensive training, and recognize the individual and team accomplishments
• Ensure all individuals receive compliance training
• Develop and implement a safety-meeting for maintenance and actively participate in facility safety drills
• Oversee all contractor work on site to ensure the contractors comply with facility standards and procedures
• Maintain paperwork and records, while following written procedure
• Schedule to minimize disruptions and redundant work
• Inspect completed jobs for quality assurance
• Respond to unplanned operational and maintenance events
• Plan and budget maintenance activities to work within the O&M monthly budget
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work process
• Diagnose operational problems and recommend corrective action
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Terminal Manager
• Work with the management team to establish goals, priorities, and expectations, and to help develop the action plans and strategies for accomplishing them

What You Need

• Valid Drivers License or ability to obtain is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain MTSA Security clearance is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain TWIC is required
• Must be familiar with PLC and their applications (Allen-Bradley). .Advanced training in Electronics, preferable related to Gottwald programming.
• Must be conversant in PC software applications (MS Products).

Pay Range

USD $95,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
