Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS for work orders.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support production goals and minimize disruptions.
• Manage maintenance budget and spare parts.
• Ensure safety, OSHA, FDA, USDA compliance.
• Plan plant shutdowns and CAPA initiatives.
