Job summary

Campbell's is seeking an Associate Manager, Maintenance to oversee all plant maintenance activities and lead a high-performance team across multiple production lines. You will drive asset care, reliability, and safety while partnering with operations and quality to meet plant KPIs and cost goals.

You will build capability, develop staff, and implement improvements to maintenance practices to maximize efficiency in a high-speed food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required; preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead site asset care and reliability strategies for all departments.
• Provide technical assistance in equipment purchase and maintenance.
• Develop the Maintenance Department workforce and ensure the team has tools and materials for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and other functions to improve KPIs and drive Operational Excellence.
• Coordinate maintenance with production, engineering and quality to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Plan and review long-term maintenance strategies and capital initiatives.
