Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or facilities.
• Experience leading maintenance personnel.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and train the maintenance team, including hiring, performance management, and daily workload coordination.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, facility maintenance, utilities, and installation activities to support reliable production operations.
• Manage equipment and service contracts while identifying cost-saving opportunities and improvements in equipment performance.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment records through CMMS.
• Track maintenance KPIs and implement continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma.
• Partner with engineering, facilities, and CI teams to support capital projects and production needs.
• Promote environmental health and safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe practices.
• Support food safety and quality standards by maintaining sanitary equipment and facilities.
