Job summary

MonteCedro is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations, oversee staff, and ensure safe, aesthetically pleasing environments for residents and employees. The role reports to the Director of Environmental Services and supports budgeting, renovations, and tool/equipment upkeep.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in maintenance, plus managerial experience. Certifications in plumbing, HVAC, or electronics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for building, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance of maintenance staff.
• Manage work orders and ensure quality and safety.
• Assist in department budgeting and renovation projects.
• Support invoice processing and capital expense requests.
• Uphold emergency preparedness and infection control protocols.
• Inspect residents areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain maintenance supplies inventory and conduct audits.
• Collaborate with Environmental Services and Housekeeping managers.
• Ensure work meets residents’ expectations and company standards.
