Mercy Housing Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for on-site operations at Decatur Place apartments in Denver. You will oversee building maintenance, budgets, and vendor contracts, collaborating with property management to ensure quality service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with property management.

The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for Decatur Place apartments.

Pay: $29-32/hour, dependent on experience

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours each Friday)
• Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)

Duties

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.

• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

• Comprehend and communicate in the English language, both orally and in writing. Present information to groups of people.
• Perform basic math and understand measurement systems used in the trade.
• Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams and blueprints. Draft working sketches.
• Use maintenance, trade, and testing equipment and tools.
• Effectively oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle
