This is a hands‑on Maintenance Manager position that will work in collaboration with property management to perform building maintenance functions and oversee the budget and vendor contracts for Cranes Landing, a new apartment community providing affordable housing in Denver.

Pay: $31-33/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Perform basic math and understand measurement systems used in the trade.

• Effectively oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors.
