Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled electrical and mechanical team in Harrison, OH. You will partner with production to balance daily maintenance with capital projects, driving reliability, safety, and plant-wide improvements.

The role requires strong technical leadership, CapEx execution, and deep experience in maintenance operations and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in manufacturing with HS.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in maintenance/manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical systems knowledge.
• CapEx project leadership from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance personnel and ensure strong integration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage an hourly/union workforce with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Drive TPM implementation and improve equipment maintainability to reduce downtime.
• Standardize maintenance programs using CMMS across the facility.
• Oversee CapEx projects from planning and bidding to execution and budget tracking.
• Communicate goals, programs, and processes across the team.
