Carnegie Search is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing maintenance team in Glasgow, KY. The role focuses on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.

The ideal candidate will implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, lead root cause analyses, and manage budgets, parts, and contractors to reduce downtime and optimize OEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading 24/7 or high-volume maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and automation systems.
• Proven preventive/predictive maintenance program implementation.
• Experience with CMMS, asset history, inventory, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for a 24/7 facility to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Provide technical leadership for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Monitor KPIs such as downtime, PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR, and spend.
• Manage CMMS activities, work orders, and asset history.
• Oversee budgets, spare parts, contractors, and CAPEX.
• Identify and manage capital projects and facility improvements.
