Job summary
The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager near Columbia, SC with poultry experience. The role requires extensive leadership over a maintenance department in a food manufacturing setting and hands-on work with processing equipment, PLCs, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Relocation assistance is offered, and a strong benefits package accompanies a salary in the $120k–$140k range with a 20% bonus potential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production maintenance.
- 5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience
- Must have managed a maintenance department in a food manufacturing facility
- Experience with processing equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)

A growing food company located near Columbia, SC is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager with poultry experience.

Salary range for this position is $120-140k plus 20% bonus
