The Judge Group seeks a Maintenance Manager with poultry experience near Valdosta, GA. The role focuses on leading a maintenance team in a food production facility, driving equipment reliability and project execution.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with process equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics, plus strong mentoring and leadership skills to achieve results and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production maintenance.
• 5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience.
• Must have managed a maintenance department in a food manufacturing facility.

A growing food company located near Valdosta, GA is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager with poultry experience.

In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed

Salary range for this position is $125-140k plus 20% bonus

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production maintenance
• 5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience
• Must have managed a maintenacne department in a food manufacturing facility
• Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
