The Maintenance Manageris responsible forleading the maintenance function to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment, utilities, and facilities. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages a team of technicians, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime andoptimizeasset performance.
Maintenance Manager
Your main responsibilities will be:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead,train, anddevelopthemaintenanceteamtosupport 24/7manufacturingoperations.
- Allocateresources,assignworkpriorities, and monitorperformancetomeetplantrequirements.
- Promote acultureofsafety,accountability, andcontinuousimprovement.
MaintenancePlanning&Execution
- Developand managepreventiveandpredictivemaintenanceprogramsforCNCmachines,stator/rotorproductionlines, andassemblyequipment.
- Ensuretimelyexecutionofplannedshutdowns,equipmentoverhauls, andcapitalprojects.
Asset & Facility Management
- Maintainplantinfrastructure,includingutilities (HVAC,compressedair,electricalsystems) andbuildingfacilities.
- Manage sparepartsinventoryandensurecriticalcomponentsareavailablewhenneeded.
- Overseecalibrationofmeasurementandtestequipment.
- Implement TotalProductiveMaintenance (TPM) andreliability-centeredmaintenancepractices.
- Driveprojectstoimprovemachineuptime,extendassetlife, andreducemaintenancecosts.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensurecompliancewithsafety, environmental, andregulatorystandards.
- Developand track KPIs suchasMTBF (Mean TimeBetweenFailures), MTTR (Mean TimetoRepair), and equipmentavailability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, assembly lines, and automated equipment.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Provenexpertisein preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strongknowledgefacilities machines and equipment.
- Basic computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite
