The company has developed additional manufacturing facilities in Menomonie & Portage, WI; Roxana, IL; Rosemount, MN; and distribution sites in Spooner & Weston, WI, and Jordan, MN.

Position Summary

Wieser Concrete is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and confident individual to manage our building and vehicle maintenance needs. Pay starts at $44 per hour and is negotiable based on qualifications.

Qualifications/Knowledge:

• Class A CDL
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 3 years of maintenance and/or mechanic supervision experience
• Electrical and welding experience
• Knowledge of DOT Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Preventative maintenance expertise

Duties include:

• Leading maintenance and mechanic staff, focusing on preventative maintenance
• Assisting with truck and heavy equipment repair
• Supporting production plant and building maintenance
• Maintaining machinery
• Parts ordering and inventory management
• Record keeping

Experience with:

• Hand tools (drill press, surface grinder, power tools)
• HVAC and electrical system repair
• Mechanical equipment installation and repair
• Hydraulic system repair
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, truck & equipment software, asset management software)
