Job summary

ELANTAS North America, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance and lead a unionized hourly workforce. You will schedule work, monitor preventive maintenance, and drive equipment troubleshooting to ensure continuous operations.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid background in industrial maintenance, and the ability to manage maintenance projects across the plant. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamaqua, PA, reporting to the HR Team.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background industrial maintenance. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the performance of an hourly, unionized workforce through the scheduling of work assignments and follow-up of assignments; record keeping and scheduling of preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting equipment, as necessary.
