Bantr, Inc. seeks a capable maintenance technician to service our apartment communities in Wisconsin, including Stevens Point area, with emphasis on preventative maintenance, repairs, and turnover tasks.

You will handle locks & doors, electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and basic appliance upkeep, collaborating with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Independent, dependable and skilled technician.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and repairs in residential settings.
• Able to perform locks, doors, flooring, appliance, electrical and plumbing tasks without a license.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality/community environment.

We are looking for a qualified maintenance personager to join our growing team. We're looking for a independent, dependable and skilled technician that can assist with the following and more in and around the Madison market - preventative maintenance, locks & doors, flooring, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, furnace & boiler repair, fire alarm inspection, HVAC, carpentry, and apartment turnovers.

The right candidate will truly have the ability to grow with our company (even outside maintenance if you have the desire) and learn from our leadership team as we expand this concept to many other communities. Knowledge and Skills:

• Exhibit good time management and organization skills
• Proficiency in a wide variety of general maintenance tasks, such as painting, basic carpentry, minor dry wall repair, installation of assorted fixtures, and electrical and plumbing repairs that do not require a license
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Express compassion for teammates residents and guests on a consistent basis
• Passion for events, hospitality and community
• Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
