The Maintenance Manager plans, directs, and monitors maintenance policies, procedures, and techniques to ensure that GSF and division objectives for efficiency, economy, quality, and productivity are met or exceeded. A partner with Operations to progress Operator Driven Reliability/Autonomous Maintenance (ODR/AM) across the site. A hands‑on leader building capability of Mechanics and Operators to sustain improvements and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited college or university
