Maintenance Engineer
3rd shift
ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a skilledMaintenance Mechanicwith a specialty in HVAC to support day-to-day operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial food production equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that air systems and other mechanical components remain safe, reliable, and fully operational to support high-speed manufacturing operations.

WHAT YOU’LLBE DOING
Air Compressor Systems Maintenance
  • Maintain and support multiple industrial air compressor systems ranging from 150psi to 400psi
  • Service associated equipment such as air dryers, filters, and condensate management systems
  • Perform daily equipment checks and monthly PMs including cooler cleanings, oil/filter changes, and status documentation
  • Diagnose system failures and perform repairs in varied temperature environments
  • Maintain accurate equipment records to support asset lifecycle and preventive maintenance tracking
Electrical & Mechanical Support
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems operating from 12VDC to 480VAC, including relay logic and VFDs
  • Understand and apply control diagnostics using Allen Bradley or similar systems
  • Install and support a range of industrial systems including motor circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, and refrigeration
  • Interpret and work from technical documents, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Safety & Collaboration
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and production disruptions with minimal supervision
  • Support other team members with complex repairs or heavy equipment
  • Adhere to all OSHA, food safety, and Lockout/Tagout standards
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times
  • Be available for back shifts, weekends, and on-call support
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification

Engineering degree preferred from an accredited college or significant relevant experience / expertise.

Experience:
  • Minimum 3-year experience as a maintenance or production supervisor, preferably in a mature TPM / IWS environment.
  • Participation in & understanding of daily directional setting (DDS) / Operational Reviews from floor to plant level.
  • ODR(AM) / PM pillar experience preferred, i.e., ODR steps 0-3 and PM steps 1 and 2 methodologies.
  • Systemic results improvement through leadership of people & ownership of systems.

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $31.72 - $35.12

Base pay for this role will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity, in accordance with company guidelines

Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
