Durham County Council's Highways Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee field works, ensure timely completion, and balance customer and workforce satisfaction while meeting financial objectives.
You will lead staff, plan resources, develop programmes, and comply with Health & Safety and quality standards (ISO 9001). The role offers hybrid working, a competitive rewards package including generous leave and the Local Government Pension Scheme.
