Job summary

Chase Associates Ltd is seeking a driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art facility in North America, focusing on sustainable packaging.

You will design preventive maintenance programs, supervise a maintenance team, manage budgets and spare parts, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive continuous improvement through CMMS data and KPIs.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: Maintenance Manager experience in packaging/industrial/manufacturing.
• MUST HAVE: Bilingual English/Spanish.
• 5+ years in hands-on maintenance with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and CMMS.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

What You'll Do:
