Job summary

TRW Resources in Portage, WI is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians. You will troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment, with opportunities to grow and be mentored in a collaborative environment.

We offer 12-hour shifts with rotating schedules that provide multiple consecutive days off and every other weekend off, plus up to two additional weeks of PTO through a perfect-attendance program. Hands-on training and advancement opportunities accompany a supportive culture.

What we're looking for:

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, automation, or industrial controls is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.
• A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a collaborative maintenance team.
