Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for our Kings Mountain, NC facility. You will lead maintenance systems, drive continuous improvement, and oversee total preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment.

You will manage the introduction of new machinery from specification to supplier coordination and installation, and produce monthly activity reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of maintenance management experience.
• Strong technical capability and understanding of engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to schedule and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance systems and oversee continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Total preventative maintenance; manage breakdowns across mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment (including software programming).
• Develop and implement maintenance strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Manage introduction of new machinery from specification to installation with suppliers.
• Produce written monthly activity reports.

• Total preventative maintenance, manage breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment (including software programming)
• Strategy & Development: Creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, procedures
• Manage the process of introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification to managing suppliers through full installation
• Produce written monthly activity reports

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience
• Technical capability and understanding
