Demonstrable Project Management experience required.* Demonstrated understanding and experience working in a lean, system driven, manufacturing environment with responsibility for assessing existing maintenance processes, prioritizing identified gaps, creating an improvement plan, training, coaching, monitoring with key performance indicators, and sustaining desired performance.* Experience with utilizing and optimizing a CMMS (SAP experience preferred).* Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLC’s, utilities, and boilers required.* Ability to interpret a variety of technical information and regulatory compliance guidelines and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
