Job description

Our customer in Kansas City, MO is looking for an experienced, hands-on maintenance leader to join their team. This person will be leading a team of maintenance technicians across 2 shifts, this person will still be very hands on helping fix equipment / managing the schedules for PMs, and making sure that the machinery is working optimally.

This person will be managing budgets, schedules and people but needs to be happy to get their hands dirty too. This is a first shift position, bonus eligible, with great benefits and a competitive salary.
