Job summary

GPAC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities in a heavy industrial facility in Eureka, CA. The role leads a team of technicians and supervisors, planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure uptime and reliability.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, parts, and contractors, overseeing equipment upgrades and capital projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of plant maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating with operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and CMMS usage.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical Engineering or related discipline)

• Prior experience managing maintenance teams
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP or similar preferred)
• Ability to work in a demanding industrial setting and participate in on-call support
