Job summary

Creative Foam Corporation in Dowagiac, MI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, ensure safe operations, and drive efficiency across facilities and equipment. The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance with production planning, reviewing maintenance requests, and supervising technicians, contractors, and support staff to uphold our standards.

• Manage maintenance department functions and personnel for assigned facilities.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with production planning staff.
• Receive and review requests for maintenance and prioritize activities by urgency and resources.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify needs; recommend upgrades or modifications.
• Maintain records and documentation related to repairs made.
• Manage work of technical maintenance staff, contractors or subcontractors.
• Practice Creative Foam's values in a positive manner at all times.
• Work overtime as required based on business needs and/or operational requirements.
• Perform all other tasks as requested and required.
