Strong problem-solving and clear communication are essential in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, routine inspections, and keeping detailed maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep of the facility.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to keep the facility in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
