Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the facilities team at one of our luxury apartment communities in Columbus, OH. You will oversee maintenance staff, manage work orders, and collaborate with tenants to ensure a high-quality living environment.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and supporting resident events while maintaining safety and service standards. This role requires HVAC certification, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license.

The Facilities & Maintenance team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you’ll manage the facilities and maintenance operations at one of our luxury apartment communities, while guiding a team of direct reports to impact.
You will lead a team of Maintenance professionals, in addition to the ability to achieve results by working with others within the organization, regardless of the reporting relationship, is a critical success factor.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have significant mobility (walking, climbing, stooping), manual dexterity (using tools, operating equipment, fine motor skills), and strength (lifting up to 50 lbs., sometimes more with assistance), often in varied environments with potential exposure to noise, chemicals, and temperature extremes, requiring stamina, good vision, and occasional long periods of standing or sitting, all while managing both office duties and project work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to an office environment with their primary exposure being on project work/sites.
