You will plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring safety, quality, and asset protection while maintaining a positive environment for guests and employees. Hospitality maintenance and supervisory experience is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 5 years building maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • EPA Certification or related credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates, implements, and manages the maintenance program with emphasis on planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment and trains staff.
  • Ensures safety, clarity and a positive work environment; conducts performance reviews.
