Force Building Services is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. These professionals will perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on commercial equipment, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. What You’ll Need

• 3+ years maintenance experience (1 year property maintenance preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior military service (required)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid passport
• Ability to pass background screening
• Willingness to work varied shifts (day, night, overnight, on-call)
• Able to travel up to 80% of the time, including frequent overnight stays
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to work in confined spaces and wear PPE for long durations
