Dallas Cowboys seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and upkeep of Ford Center, reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with event prep, safety and cleanliness, and routine maintenance.

You will work with contractors, manage inventory in CMMS, and ensure HVAC/mechanical/electrical systems function properly while delivering a safe environment for guests and staff across DCFC properties.

Qualificações

• Certificate in a related area of study.
• 1+ years of management experience in facility operations at a venue of similar size.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Able to understand, troubleshoot, and repair systems, equipment, and tools.
• Experience with CMMS and inventory preferred.
• Experience with building management systems and lighting controls preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to communicate at all levels.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends; on-call duties.
• Team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with event setup for all events and daily operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance and other maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for safety and efficiency.
• Serve as facility operations representative for events.
• Repair systems and install activities as needed.
• Check HVAC, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for functionality.
• Assist with inventory management and track work orders/expenses.
• Work swing shifts and use CMMS system.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment across DCFC properties.
• Perform duties across all DCFC owned properties as directed.

The Maintenance Technician’s primary focus will be assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of Ford Center. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

Job Duties:

• Assist with building preparation for all events (including major events) and daily operations
• Help maintain cleanliness of the facility; uphold high standards for safety and appearance
• Assist in facility maintenance and preventative maintenance work as assigned
• Work with contractors and service providers to ensure safety and efficiency
• Serve as facility operation s representative for events at the facility
• Repair systems and equipment as needed
• Assist with all repairs and installation activities
• Check HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality
• Assist with inventory management
• Track facility work orders and expenses
• Able to work swing shift as directed
• Able to work within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for guests, participants, and staff
• Perform other functions and activities across all DCFC owned properties as directed

Qualifications:

• Certificate in a related area of study required
• 1+ years of management experience in facility operations at a venue of a similar size required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Able to understand, troubleshoot, and repair systems, equipment, and tools
• Experience with equipment inventory and CMMS system preferred
• Experience with building management systems and lighting controls preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
• Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
• Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, and weekends (including on-call duties) across all DCFC owned properties as directed
