Job summary

SLB is seeking a Project Specialist to coordinate maintenance and scheduling for designated location. The role ensures equipment is delivered on time and aligned with operational demands.

You will manage the equipment receiving process, create deficiency reports, open repair work orders, and organize queues based on priorities. The position emphasizes safety, data accuracy, and adherence to HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, maintenance planning, operations, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities for designated location.
• Plan and confirm priorities with the TLM Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.
• Manage equipment receiving process, which includes identifying equipment that arrives on the yard and assessing the equipment according to maintenance requirements.
• Create shop failures or deficiency reports for deficiencies found on equipment upon arrival.
• Open repair work orders and enter information to document equipment scheduled for service.
• Organize equipment in the appropriate queues depending on priorities needs.
• Clearly route manufacturing orders in accordance with sales order requirements.
• Assist in annual inventory count.
• Initiate and follow through with Continuous Improvement projects.
• Perform all tasks in the safest manner possible to ensure that there is no damage to the equipment or personnel.
• Follow all HSE and Quality processes.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
