Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a community college or technical program (maintenance, industrial technology, mechatronics, etc.)
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Reliable, dependable, and eager to gain experience
  • Ability to read or willingness to learn to read schematics and manuals
  • Basic troubleshooting or mechanical aptitude (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues
  • Support unscheduled repairs to help minimize downtime
  • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Read and learn to interpret equipment manuals and work orders
  • Help with equipment installations and facility updates
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
