Job summary

Link Manufacturing in Sioux Center, IA is seeking an entry-level assembler to join our day shift or night shift teams. You will follow detailed instructions, inspect parts, operate machinery safely, and contribute to on-time delivery.

Schedule

Day Shift: Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Night Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble according to detailed instructions and quality standards, taking pride in doing the right thing every time
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and set the standard for reliability
• Operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines—because we succeed as one team
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects respect for people and our workplace
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
• Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements
