Zusammenfassung

TotalEnergies Group in Tennessee is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic systems.

You will support the PM program, assist with maintenance inventory, train new employees, uphold safety, and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifikationen

• Industrial Maintenance degree/certificate or equivalent related experience.
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics, robotics, welding, AC/DC electrical systems, motor controls, plumbing.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
• Minimize equipment downtime through rapid response and effective problem-solving
• Support and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) program
• Assist with maintenance inventory and spare parts management
• Train and support new employees as needed
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Work independently while collaborating with production and maintenance teams

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work from ladders and lifts
• Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.; occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in a manufacturing environment
