Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with 2 years of equipment maintenance troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Experience in Kaizen and Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine changeovers and troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor other associates within maintenance.
