Conagra Brands is seeking a maintenance technician for Russellville, AR, with proficiency in SAP and the ability to read engineering drawings. The role involves supporting production, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems across multiple shifts.

The position requires willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts with shift differentials and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Support production personnel to assure efficient operation of equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and create/monitor work orders for repairs and parts.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment systems (e.g., conveyors, motors, grinders).
• Assist in new equipment installations and equipment rebuilds.
• Cover vacations and provide cross-shift support for lines within the plant.
• Operate with brands such as Allen Bradley, SIEMENS, and SEW.
• Conduct PLC programming and troubleshooting; assist with HMI troubleshooting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift: various start times-various end times

Hourly Rate: $35.24 an hour

Hourly Rate up to $35.24

2nd Shift - additional $0.10 shift differential

3rd Shift - additional $0.30 shift differential

• Support and work cooperatively with production personnel to assure efficient operation of equipment.
• Follow and perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment. Create/monitor work orders as necessary to allow scheduled repair(s) and parts tracking/availability.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment support systems and components in a timely manner. (Ex. conveyor belts, motors, grinders etc.)
• Assist in new equipment installation and equipment rebuilds.
• Assist in back filling positions as needed to cover vacations and time off on other shifts. As well as help provide coverage during working hours to all lines within the plant.
• Work with brands such as Allen Bradley, SIEMENS, and SEW.
• Conduct PLC programing and troubleshooting also, HMI troubleshooting.
• Other duties as assigned

Special Qualifications/Previous Experience

• Ability to use machine shop equipment, (punch press, mills, lathe, grinder and hand tools)
• Proficient SAP skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Office, Excel, Power Point)
• Good written and oral communication
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings.
