Conagra Brands seeks an on-site HR partner for our Russellville manufacturing facility. You will support employee and labor relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce initiatives while partnering with plant leadership to drive results and foster a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities include investigations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Experience supporting employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment laws, labor practices, and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to build credibility, influence leaders, and develop cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, including Workday or similar systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, CBAs, company policies, and HR programs.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a key HR partner onsite for the Russellville manufacturing facility. You will support employee and labor relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce initiatives while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive business results and foster a positive employee experience.

• Partner with plant leaders on employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Support labor relations activities, including contract administration, issue resolution, and leadership coaching.

• Experience supporting employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, labor practices, and HR compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence leaders, and develop strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, including Workday or similar systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation

Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
