Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and facility operations for Willoughby site.
• Direct maintenance team and coordinate with Production.
• Evaluate feasibility and cost-effectiveness of projects, equipment, and repairs.
• Communicate developments affecting schedules, equipment, or costs.
• Align resources with operational priorities.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions with hands-on guidance.
• Direct dismantling, installation, and repair of industrial machinery.
• Recommend production method improvements and equipment performance.
• Identify changes to improve efficiency and reduce disruptions.
• Apply preventive and predictive maintenance to strengthen reliability.
