Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance technicians for automated production equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with PLCs and industrial controls.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lean, TPM, 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Safety and OSHA knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians across multi-shift operations.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for equipment and facilities.
• Establish maintenance priorities based on performance and downtime.
• Manage the facility's CMMS including work orders and history.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment involving mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Support equipment modifications, upgrades, and capital projects.
• Lead maintenance-related capital projects from scope to startup.
• Drive integration of automation and manufacturing technologies.
• Develop technicians through coaching and training.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean TPM 5S and root cause analysis.
