Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and backup Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors; oversee plant maintenance teams.
• Plan preventative maintenance and lead weekly/annual shutdowns.
• Participate in annual budgeting and manage maintenance KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, safety, investigations, and labor relations.
• Be on-call 24/7; work in extreme conditions and lift up to 25 lbs.
