Job summary

Hannaford in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Maintenance Associate to lead day-to-day upkeep of the store and its equipment. You will coordinate tasks with the Assistant Store Manager, ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the facility, and meet the physical requirements of the job.

This role involves supervising a team of maintenance associates, planning daily duties, handling minor repairs, shoveling and salting sidewalks, and maintaining supply levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, delegate and follow up with duties assigned to associates.
• Produce daily assignment sheets.
• Provide training, instruction, follow up and coaching to maintenance associates.
• Make recommendations for maintenance activities needing additional attention.
• Responsible for maintaining adequate supply levels for all maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom and all restrooms.
• Sweep and damp mop all floors on a daily basis.
• Clean up of spills throughout your shift.
• Empty all trash inside and outside of store.
• Schedule rotation and cleaning of the dairy shelves.
• Schedule cleaning of the glass dairy and frozen food doors.
• Sweep parking lot with designated equipment.
• Perform minor repairs of equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Shovel and salt sidewalks as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and established procedures.
