Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, delegate and follow up with maintenance tasks for associates.
• Produce daily assignment sheets.
• Provide training, instruction, follow-up and coaching to maintenance staff.
• Recommend maintenance activities needing attention.
• Maintain adequate supply levels for maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakroom and restrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors daily; clean spills during shift.
• Schedule rotation and cleaning of equipment and areas as needed.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and fixtures as required.
• Shovel and salt sidewalks when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security standards.
• Maintain productivity and communicate repairs to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
