Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, delegate and follow up with maintenance duties for associates.
• Produce daily assignment sheets.
• Provide training, instruction, follow up and coaching to maintenance associates.
• Make recommendations for maintenance activities needing additional attention.
• Maintain adequate supply levels for all maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakroom and restrooms.
• Sweep and damp mop all floors daily; clean spills during shift.
• Empty trash inside and outside store; schedule rotation and cleaning of dairy shelves and doors.
• Sweep parking lot with designated equipment; perform minor repairs of equipment and fixtures.
• Shovel and salt sidewalks as needed; ensure safety compliance and company policies.
• Communicate needed repairs to management; maintain productivity and quality of work.
