Job summary

Chemours Company seeks a Maintenance First Line Supervisor for the Washington Works site in Washington, WV. The role leads shift maintenance teams, upholds safety and environmental standards, and drives reliability initiatives.

Requirements include 4+ years in PSM high hazard operations, maintenance supervision, and SAP-PM experience. Strong knowledge of P&ID drawings and mechanical systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in PSM High Hazard Operations.
• Minimum of 4 years’ maintenance experience.
• Experience as a detail supervisor or other supervisory position.
• SAP PM experience.
• Minimum 4 years mechanical industrial experience.
• Knowledge and experience reading pipe/P&ID drawings.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safety of shift teams and environmental performance.
• Ensure maintenance teams support production areas to meet uptime, quality, and cost goals.
• Accountable for the Organizational Health of the maintenance teams.
• Assign tasks and monitor quality of work by mechanics.
• Manage workflow of maintenance work to support the production areas.
• Formally coach maintenance personnel to enhance growth.
• Communicate with operating areas (Maintenance Coordinators, Reliability Engineers and Area Production Leaders).
• Facilitate continuous improvement of maintenance plans and task list library with documentation of learnings.
• Active participant in the Area Reliability Team to align on upgrades and bad actors.
• Follow Work Management Process through planning and scheduling in SAP-PM.
