Qualifications

• 2–4 year technical degree or related field.
• 1 year of experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Manage safe, efficient, and profitable operations of machinery at NIPG Shelbyville, IN, with maintenance program expansion.
• Schedule flexibility to include weekends, off-shift, and short notice.
• Multi-task while maintaining organization.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the team.
• Coordinate and manage the multi-shift maintenance group.
• Work with vendors/contractors to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Generate parts lists and labor time estimates for maintenance and repairs.
