Responsibilities

• Lead all duties of the maintenance associate in coordination with the Assistant Store manager.
• Produce daily assignment sheets.
• Provide training, instruction, follow up and coaching to maintenance associates.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms and restrooms.
• Sweep and damp mop all floors daily; clean spills during shifts.
• Schedule rotation and cleaning of dairy shelves and doors.
• Sweep parking lot and perform minor repairs; shovel and salt sidewalks as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety programs.
• Maintain productivity levels and communicate repairs to management.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
