Job summary

You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation of equipment, handling routine repairs and coordinating with teammates to meet standards.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to supervise a small team, and a flexible schedule. Prior maintenance or facilities experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate supply levels for maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms and restrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean spills and ensure safety.
• Schedule cleaning of dairy shelves and doors.
• Shovel and salt sidewalks as needed.
• Perform minor repairs of equipment and fixtures.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance needs to management.
