Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience implementing CMMS and driving maintenance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance during maintenance operations.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues and implement solutions.
• Manage maintenance budgets including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures and documentation to improve efficiency and safety.
